Liga BBVA is a fully licensed Spanish league. It is the top division in Spain and is often regarded as the second best league in the world and is ranked so by the UEFA Coefficients, behind the English Premier Division.



The bottom three teams are all relegated from the division.

Continental QualificationEdit

The top three teams directly qualify for the European Champion's Cup group stage and fourth placed is entered into the Champion's Cup qualifying at round three. Fifth and sixth qualify for the Europa League.
